How to Fish Trick Shots and Killscore

Practice repeatable trick shots, build killscore bonuses and prepare for 360 No Scope.

Quick answer

Weaken an isolated normal creature first, create space, perform one deliberate trick input and use that action for the finishing shot. Repeat one setup until the result is predictable.

Build a repeatable practice loop

  • Choose a weak target away from other hazards.
  • Reduce its health before beginning the trick.
  • Leave room for the movement or rotation.
  • Land the planned finishing shot.
  • Change only one part of the setup after a failed attempt.

Why killscore matters

The official Steam description connects trick shots with increased kill value, and the official achievement list includes killscore goals. Exact multipliers should be checked in the current build rather than inferred from old clips.

Common practice mistakes

  • Starting with a boss instead of a controlled target.
  • Beginning the movement while pressed against terrain.
  • Letting another damage source take the final hit.
  • Changing the weapon, distance and movement all at once.
